Follow your parcel online

We’re happy to help you monitor the status of your order. We provide status updates at the various phases of your order’s processing.

  • When your order has been confirmed
  • When the order is not in stock
  • When the order has been dispatched (track and trace code)

The track and trace information from PostNL, FedEx and DHL is always sent to the e-mail address provided during the ordering phase. You will then receive an e-mail via TrackTraceCode with the track and trace code required to monitor the status of your parcel.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
